Vexx (b.1998) is a Belgian artist based in Brussels, best known for his vibrant doodle-style works that capture vividly creative scenes one might see in a dream.
His style employs sophisticated and playful humor that has garnered the attention of collectors, dealers, galleries, auction houses, and museums worldwide.
For Vexx, art has been a part of his life since he was a child, with some of his earliest explorations being drawings of various Porsche models, and numerous sketches of characters from shows he watched back then, including Spongebob Squarepants, Adventure Time...
Now, years later, he is drawing designs in collaboration with Porsche and a variety of other well-known brands like Gucci, Puma, and Google. As well as designing limited edition toys in collaboration with Spongebob.
As a result of his talent, Vexx has quickly become one of the most recognized artists on social media, with over 2.9 million subscribers on YouTube and nearly 800 thousand on Instagram.
Vexx has also had his work honorably displayed through museum exhibitions at CAFA in Beijing, New York, Milan, Brussels, and Petersen Museum LA. Most notably, his one-of-one work MOON was exhibited as a centerpiece at Moco Museum Amsterdam alongside the likes of Basquiat, Warhol, Kusama, Kaws, and Banksy.
