Terry Painter

Terry Painter, is the author of "The Encyclopedia of Commercial Real Estate Advice", and a writer for Forbes.com. He is the founder of Apartment Loan Store and Business Loan Store - commercial mortgage banking firms that have closed over $4.5 billion in commercial loans nationally since 1997. Terry has personally closed hundreds of commercial real estate loans representing just about every type of commercial real estate. He has been featured on Fox Business, CNN, Discovery + as well as Dennis Quaid's PBS documentary series "Viewpoint". Terry was a top producer for Lasalle Bank and Lehman Brothers and has spoken nationally to commercial real estate investor groups, real estate brokers, and banks about commercial real estate Investing and lending. Terry is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association, The Mortgage Bankers Association, and Forbes Business Council.
