John L. Morris

John Morris joined the professional private investigations industry in 2008 and has never looked back. After spending decades working for corporate America, making millionaires millions, he decided it was time to utilize the vast skills he gained to help others. Along with his immense knowledge in business, marketing, advertising, and sales, John also spent fourteen years serving his community with the city of Evans, Colorado. During his fourteen years with the City of Evans, he held the positions of Planning Commissioner, Vice-chairman for the planning commission, and chairman for the planning commission. He then moved on to become City Councilman, Mayor-Pro-Tem, and ultimately Mayor for two terms. In 2020 Mr. Morris started the YouTube Channel (The PI Guy) to help educate new and aspiring private investigators with their endeavors of starting their new PI business. He has held a passion for training all of his life and finds immense joy in helping others meet their professional and personal goals. 2020 also saw his first book release with Business Basics for Private Investigators – The evolution of a PI Business. This book is one of many he plans to write to continue assisting new professional private investigators as they enter into the exciting world of private investigations. As always, John gives thanks to his family, friends, and his Lord Jesus Christ for the support and opportunities he has had throughout his life.
