Amelia Mayer

Amelia lives with her five children, husband and dog in Grand Teton National Park. She finds her sanity outdoors where the fresh air seems to dull any whining and relieve any stress. This is also where her family bonds best and where their best memories are made together. Amelia loves to hike, bike, camp, XC ski, downhill ski and explore the mountains of Wyoming and prefers (usually) to do those activities with her family. She has a passion for getting families outside and active, despite that sometimes being a very hard thing. She works to educate, inspire and share the rough moments too (since everyone has them!)in her books, on her website and via social media.
