Eileen Kopsaftis, born in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1958, has always sought out the truth, even as a child. Her reason for being is to improve the lives of others. When she lost two brothers in their forties (one to cancer, the other to heart disease) she knew she had to do all she could to keep others from the same tragedy. When she was little she wanted to be a doctor; yet when it was time to start college she did not agree with the current medical model of medicating symptoms and managing disease as it progressed. She also disagreed with what was being taught in nutrition programs. The physical therapy program caught her attention as she has always been fascinated with the workings of the human body. Fast forward to graduating from the first-ever Nutrition Educator Program designed to teach people how to eliminate the need for medications and restore health. She is now living her dream, helping people eliminate pain and chronic conditions from their lives and her Move Without Pain Program is allowing her to fulfill her life's mission; to erase pain from the world. Eileen is passionate about empowering others to move without pain and have lifelong wellbeing. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured.
