Michael Valencia

Michael Valencia was born in San Diego, Ca and raised on the Island of Kauai, Hi. At the age of 13 he grew a garden full of tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro. When the vegetables were ready, he picked them and made his own salsa. That's when he fell in love with spicy food! Michael is an avid foodie and most of his sauces are inspired by the meals he cooks. Currently Michael resides in Georgetown, Texas with his wife, where they operate their retail hot sauce store and spicy food manufacturing facility.
