Krista Carpenter MS

Krista Carpenter received her Masters of Science degree in Counseling in 2003 from Texas A&M University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. She worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor for nearly two decades before discovering that she was an Empath. She spent the next several years exploring the common traits, struggles, and strengths of Empathic people. Krista is now a life coach for Highly Sensitive People and Empaths, and has a practice in Colorado. Her desire to help Empaths who didn't have access to her practice resulted in her writing her first book, The Empath Workbook.
