Larry MacDougall

Larry entered the commercial art world approximately thirty years ago and has been very busy ever since. He began working for gaming publishers contributing work to a wide variety of fantasy, cyber punk, horror and science fiction titles. Larry carried on working in this way for many years but gradually the game worlds of the day began to take on an ever increasing aspect of darkness and violence. This is when he decided to leave gaming and crossed over to children's publishing where he produced many books for publishers both here and abroad. For the last decade Larry has been working as an animation designer, book illustrator, environment and character designer for games and fine artist doing personal commissions for private clients. Now for the first time in his career Larry is telling his own story. He is pouring all his knowledge and experience into this personal story entitled Gwelf; The Survival Guide. Everything he has learned about art, story telling and world building is being joyously applied to bring this unique and wonderous world to life.
