Ann has spent more than twenty years teaching children, training teachers, and writing curricula related to monarch butterflies, schoolyard ecology, and schoolyard gardening. Hobbie holds an MA in curriculum and instruction. As a writer and teacher, she is most interested in helping children observe and engage with the natural world. She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
