Dr. Steve Grusendorf

Dr. Steve Grusendorf is a leader, speaker, author, and teacher with a heart for the world. Steve is an ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance and has 20 years of pastoral experience. Currently, he serves as the Director for Ministry Studies at the National Office of the C&MA where he helps to prepare men and women for ministry leadership across the country. He also teaches graduate and doctoral level courses in non-profit leadership, ministry leadership, and theology at a variety of graduate schools across the country. He has degrees in leadership and theology. He is happily married and the proud father of two boys. Steve loves helping churches develop the systems necessary to reach and disciple their community. His passion is to help develop the next generation of Christian leaders who can bring the hope of Christ to every corner of society and culture.
