Kevin Leonard

Kevin Leonard is the president of Association Reserves - Inland Empire and is a certified Reserve Specialist (#294). Kevin has completed over 1,000 Reserve Studies for property types including residential developments, schools, historic buildings, commercial developments, country clubs, worship facilities, and more. He is a frequent author/speaker in the industry and licensed Continuing Education Provider for California Community Association Managers, having designed and taught coursework related to Reserve funds and Reserve Studies.
