Erica Dinho is the creator of mycolombianrecipes.com, a traditional Colombian recipes blog written in English and Spanish. The blog was inspired by her grandmother, who was an amazing traditional Colombian cook. Erica was born and raised in Medellín, Colombia. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and their two children. Her work has been featured on Latina Magazine, Parade, Women's Day, Cosmopolitan, among other media outlets.
