Madelaine Claire Weiss (LICSW, MBA, BCC) is a Harvard-trained, licensed psychotherapist, mindset expert, and board-certified executive, career, and life coach who helps people master their minds so they can maintain and enjoy satisfaction and success in all areas of their lives. She is a co-author in the "Handbook of Stressful Transitions Across the Lifespan," the bestselling author of “Getting to G.R.E.A.T: 5-Step Strategy for Work and Life...Based on Science and Stories," and author of the personal development workbook for kids and the adults who love them: “What’s Your Story? Building Your Best Adventures in School and Life.” Madelaine is a former group mental health practice administrative director, a corporate chief organizational development officer, and associate director of an educational resource program at Harvard Medical School. She is the founder and former chair of the School-Business Partnership in Acton, Massachusetts, and served as a Parenting Education Facilitator for the Massachusetts court system. She is currently an outreach volunteer with the DC Tutoring and Mentoring Initiative (DCTMI). She has spoken for such diverse organizations as Harvard Medical School, Legal Services Corporation, the National Association of Realtors, DC Academy of General Dentistry, AARP, the American Bar Association, International Association of Business Communicators, Bureau of National Affairs, Wharton Innovation Summit, and Women in Federal Law Enforcement. Madelaine has two grown married children and 5 grandchildren, all of whom she adores.
