Holly Hill Mangin

Holly Hill Mangin is an English literature teacher at a prestigious international school in the south of France and a freelance copy editor at Fresh as a Daisy Editing. Her debut novel, The House on the Lake, won a gold medal in the 2021 Wishing Shelf Book Awards and was a finalist for the 2021 American Fiction Awards. Her second book, Within These Walls, won a silver medal in the 2024 Reader's Favorite Awards and was a finalist in the 2023 Wishing Shelf Book Awards. Both novels have been translated into French. Always ready to laugh, Holly can be serious when the need calls for it. She lives with her husband and their two kids a stone’s throw away from the French Riviera, and though she's still mastering the French language, she finds that reading and writing provide the perfect excuse for a bit of procrastination.
