Taking great inspiration from my deep Kootenay roots on my father's side, I'm a Canadian-based writer with an unbridled passion for exploring the powerful restorative and empowering nature of natural medicines that the Kootenay people have relied upon for generations.
Passed down orally and in writing, I was gifted with the knowledge of my ancestors by my father as a young girl.
While at university, I continued my passion for natural medicine and healing and began writing as a young adult.
Today, I continue the tradition of my father's people by writing books and spreading this special knowledge to all who will listen.
