Amélia Cognet

Amélia is a suspense and horror writer who loves anything creepy and has always been drawn to the supernatural. She loves ghosts, abandoned houses, coffee, rainy days, scary books, and fluffy sweaters. Although born and raised in France, she writes her novels in her second language, having fallen in love with the English language when she moved to the U.S. in 2011. She lived there for twelve years, first in Boston, MA, for five years, then for seven years in Huntington Beach, CA, but will always have a soft spot for New England. She now lives in a small town just outside of Paris with her husband and two kids.
