Kimberly Williams is a wife, mom, minister, and change-management consultant whose purpose is to help nonprofit organizations to increase their impact and their leaders to reach their potential. Kimberly is especially gifted in equipping leaders to make the difficult decisions and take the necessary steps needed to move out of their comfort zones and into their destinies.
As a Change Management Strategist, Kimberly has 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She launched two start-ups, led agencies from decline to prosperity, assisted with a multi-agency merger, and successfully led an $11 million dollar capital campaign. In addition to her work as a business owner and nonprofit CEO, Kimberly is a speaker, author, and blogger. She delivered a TEDx Talk on change and has published opinion editorials on leadership and change in the Huffington Post and Forbes.com. Most recently, Kimberly published her first book, Diary of An Insecure CEO, which provides inspiration, insight, and practical tips overcoming obstacles and making the most of opportunities as a leader. Kimberly believes that leaders can change the world for the better if they are willing to change with it.
