Starting with the legendary Velvet Dog in 1994, Chris was the driving force behind creating a new entertainment district in Kansas City, Missouri, that now holds 6 different establishments. Doing all their own design, build and management, Chris and his team built a reputation for style, creativity and cutting-edge concepts in the Midwest and beyond, including a Velvet Dog in New Orleans' French Quarter. His concepts have done over $50 Million in sales. He knows what makes money in a concept. Chris has overseen many millions of dollars in renovations as a General Contractor and has a knack for commercial interior design for both style and profit. He has consulted on concepts across the United States.
