Peter is a Marketing and Customer Success professional with a proven track record of helping companies design SaaS customer engagement models. He's held executive leadership roles for a number of SaaS and Cloud product and services/consulting companies. In those roles, he has advised leaders and teams across a variety of industries on best practices for customer engagement and on implementing the best structures and processes for driving successful outcomes for customers. Peter is based in Toronto and prior to joining his current employer, Valuize, he held executive positions at ESG, Oracle, and at TSIA. On the side, Peter is an Advisor for Proof Analytics, a predictive marketing analytics company. Finally, Peter is a recognized global thought leader in the Customer Success space and is a regular speaker at industry events and webinars focused on Customer Success and Customer Experience.
