Sasi Yajamanyam is building the next generation of customer success programs at his job with ServiceNow. He enjoys building teams and creating new programs from the ground up and has done so for the better part of ten years in the customer success and consulting arena. His interest in Customer Success is rooted in his passion for helping customers adopt new products, realize value from technology and, ultimately, be better at their jobs. His interest in new ideas and questioning the status quo has helped him thrive in various roles.
Sasi has an MBA from Georgetown University and has spent his entire career advising senior executives at large companies.
