James-Charles Noonan

JAMES-CHARLES NOONAN is a noted author and historian, a lecturer and television commentator with expertise in royal and Vatican history. His particular period of concentration in both fields begins at the dawn of the nineteenth century and continues through to today. Jim is also a renowned international protocol expert who has consulted with governments, the Holy See (Vatican), international charitable organizations and television outlets. He is also one of the founders of the Filii Fidelis Charitable Trust which brings medical assistance to families across the Developing World. Noonan has been created a Knight Grand Cross of the Equestrian Order of the Holy See, a Knight Commander of the Imperial Order of St. Michael the Archangel, and several other meritorious orders and decorations. Although well-travelled with friends on every continent, Jim prefers the quiet solitude of the beautiful countryside of Pennsylvania where he currently resides.
