Magdalena Donahue

Magdalena Donahue, Ph.D., is a geologist, author, and outdoors woman. She grew up in northern New Mexico, and currently lives in Albuquerque, NM. She enjoys exploring the science and scenery of her native state while hiking, camping, and backpacking. She is a committed long distance runner, having qualified for two Olympic Trials Marathons. A mother of 3 children, she and her family spend most of their free time adventuring in the mountains and deserts of the American southwest.
