Tenisha Bernal is a children’s book author / illustrator who taught herself how to draw by recreating her favorite comic strips from the Sunday paper. Tenisha describes her art as a simple yet fun style for children of any age. As a child she loved drawing and baking and her passion for both inspired her to create her first children’s book. Tenisha grew up in northern California and lives there with her husband and their young son.
