Philip Mathew

Philip Mathew is program director and professor of organizational leadership at Weatherford College.

He is the author of “Finding Leo: Servant Leadership as Paradigm, Power, and Possibility" and co-editor of "Global Servant-Leadership: Wisdom, Love, and Legitimate Power in the Age of Chaos."

Philip holds a PhD in leadership studies from Gonzaga University. He serves on the editorial review board for the International Journal of Servant-Leadership. Prior to entering higher education, he worked as a licensed mental health therapist.
