Taking care of my mental health is super important to me. Anxiety has been a part of my life - since I was just a little girl. It’s really limited me in my life. Over the years, I’ve tried everything to get my anxiety under control, so it didn’t control me anymore. That included meditation, yoga, seeing a therapist, taking meds, and taking extra days off from work. But no matter what I did, nothing quieted the noise in my head. And it really took its toll on me. One day, I was coloring a new style of illustration I learned. When I started coloring it in, I was amazed. No more racing thoughts and anxiety. Since then, I’ve never missed a day - without coloring in these mind-bending, mind-quieting designs and patterns. I’m so excited to share my drawings with the world in my first-ever Stress Relief Adult Coloring Book.
