Dr. Sherrá Watkins, Ph.D. is a certified clinical psychotherapist and coach with over 10 years of experience helping her clients overcome a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. With a background in mental health counseling, rehabilitation and addiction recovery, and sexual assault advocacy, Dr. Watkins is passionate about empowering people of all backgrounds to improve their wellbeing and practice emotional healing. She currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Student Health and Wellness at the University of Utah. A leader in the mental health and substance use field, her passion is to transform systems that perpetuate decreased access and utilization of counseling and addiction services to marginalized populations. As a highly sought-after presenter and keynote speaker, as well as the author, she’s dedicated to sharing the tools and knowledge her readers need to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
She is the author of Healing In Review, an insightful guide designed to help readers reflect & record on their healing with counseling or coaching, and Healing In Color, its corresponding motivational coloring book.
