Tillie Walden is a cartoonist and illustrator originally from Austin Texas. She is the creator of a number of graphic novels including the Eisner Award winning books "Spinning" and "Are You Listening." Her first picture book "My Parent's Won't Stop Talking" was co-created with cartoonist Emma Hunsinger. She is a graduate of the Center for Cartoon Studies, a comics MFA program in Vermont, where she currently teaches. She lives in Vermont with her wife and two cats.
