Ria Om Shandilya, currently pursuing a music degree at Trinity College of London and an alumna of Delhi School of Music, embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 8, evolving into a professional pianist by 16. However, what truly sets her apart is her commitment to bridging the gap she observed in the availability of professionally written sheet music for Hindi songs, in contrast to the abundance of professional Western music notations. Recognizing this disconnect, Ria dedicated herself to the mission of making Hindi songs more accessible to the Indian audience without compromising the quality and detail that Western sheet music offers. In her quest to harmonize these musical worlds, Ria aspires to infuse new life into Hindi music, bringing it closer to the hearts of enthusiasts while nurturing her own passion for the art.
