Erica Buchanan-Rivera

Erica Buchanan-Rivera is an educational equity scholar, consultant, community organizer, and author of the newly released book, 'Identity Affirming Classrooms: Spaces that Center Humanity.' She has served in education as a teacher, principal, director of curriculum, adjunct professor, and is currently a director of equity and inclusion in a Pre-K-12 public school district in Indiana.
