Brett Harper

Hello my name is Brett Harper and I'm a disabled author, troubled teen industry survivor, chronic pain warrior just trying to heal and live life the best I can. I have CPTSD, MDD or Major Depressive Disorder, and chronic sciatic pain after two failed back surgeries. The back injury is from doing hard labor as a child in an abusive boarding school named Agape Boarding School, which was in the news a lot in Missouri in the Kansas City Star even made the Rolling Stone at one point. Before that I was in a place called West Coast Academy getting slammed around and sexually assaulted in a group home. Some of the people I went to school with are no long with us due to suicide. I have nightmares/night terrors every night. I have written a few books and plan to write a few more. It keeps my mind occupied and I'm trying to raise awareness to help prevent other people from going through the horrific abuse I did. If you like my books then buy them and tell your friends!
