Tracee Perryman, PhD is CEO of Center of Hope Family Services, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that provides evidence-based, culturally responsive programs and services for youth and adults. For more than 25 years, COHFS has been a leading voice for removing barriers to achievement through culturally relevant, innovative programs and services that close the opportunity gap for children, adults, and families. As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Perryman has developed an infrastructure for evidence-based positive youth development and family support programs. She is a thought leader on the national stage on the topics of afterschool education, positive youth development, juvenile justice reform, and family and community empowerment. Dr. Perryman earned a PhD from The Ohio State University, She is the author of two books published by Forbes / Advantage Publishing: Elevating Futures and Elevate: An Afterschool Enrichment Model For Fostering Children's Academic, Social and Emotional Resilience.
