Lindsey Garvin

Hello! I’m Lindsey Garvin, author of The Army Inside You: A Children’s Guide to the Microbiome. Using my background in teaching elementary school children, and my vast knowledge of health and wellness, I create health education books to inspire young learners. My goal is to inspire the next generation to be educated, equipped and empowered to take care of their bodies, and make positive health choices.
