Nicole Derseweh is a la based best-selling cookbook author, a world-class vegan chef with culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu, and is a private chef to Hollywood’s most famous health conscious stars. She is also the founder and CEO of a la based nonprofit The Martha Project, which she created in honor of her grandmother to feed the houseless community and to date has provided over 10 thousand plant based meals to the houseless community. She was recently featured on the Rachel Rey show for her noble work feeding plant based food to people experiencing houseless and was recognized by the supreme master Ching hai for her humanitarian efforts and awarded the shining world compassion award. After hosting and producing her own successful YouTube cooking show she recently shot a TV pilot recreating all vegan versions of iconic dishes created by celebrity chef’s like Wolfgang Pucks famous smoked salmon and caviar pizza! Described by some as the vegan love child of Rachel Ray and Tina Fey, Nicole’s trained at Upright Citizens Brigade and she’s been the national spokesperson for multiple national campaigns. Nicole loves kale, animals,nature, her house plants, spin class, shopping at farmers markets and living in La. This La lady has deep southern roots growing up cooking with her grandmother martha Ann from Savannah Georgia and many claim they can sense the deep soul of southern hospitality in her food. Chef Nicole has stayed out of the “Comercial kitchen” scene opting to write her own path and cook in environments where she can set the pace and vibe believing that our energy effects the food.
