Kerri-Ann Hayes

Kerri-Ann Hayes is a staff consultant with Ministry Architects and has served in children's and family ministry since 2000. Living in the Orlando, Fl, area, she has a Disney family heritage but found her passion within the church. During her years of serving families, Kerri-Ann developed a passion for those struggling to find their place in the church due to their children's medical or behavioral needs. When she encountered the first boy with autism who entered the ministry, the dream began of finding a way for ALL children to be included in the church. The desire to see one child become a successful part of children's ministry soon grew to hundreds and included children from trauma, foster care, and adoption.

Her passion now is to inspire, encourage and equip churches to help make their church accessible to children with special needs or from foster care and adoption. Kerri-Ann and her husband Tom live in Winter Garden, Florida, where they raised their three children, Brenna, Mackenzie, and Cameron.
