“Sweetheart, I’m transferred in Ontario and taking up a new position in four short months… Ready for the challenge?” This is how a wonderful adventure began.
Emma Charlin left France and followed her husband to Ontario, with children, suitcases and a container. In a few weeks, she went through the immigration process, departure and settlement in Canada.
Based on her own experience and the help she provided to several families, she became an author and coach. She shares her advice in a series of anecdotes and guides on expatriation to Canada (by the way, she never goes out in the winter without her toque!)
Previously, Emma worked for more than fifteen years in human resources and finance for large international groups having their headquarters in France.
