Audrey Desrosiers

After combining theatre, visual arts and classical music, Audrey has specialized for more than 15 years in intervention, counseling and zootherapy. For years, Audrey has significantly transformed the lives of hundreds of people.

In 2007, when she graduated as a zootherapist, Audrey started her own business « Au bout du Museau, zoothérapie ». In 2010, she keeps developing her business and co-founded the clinic « Un Museau vaut mille mots ». Her great passion for zootherapy and the urgent needs of children led her to teach zootherapy for more than 9 years, create seminars, trainings and workshops and develop contents and intervention tools.

In a private clinic for 12 years, Audrey surrounded herself with an exceptional team of professionals and greatly contributed to the development and emergence of zootherapy in hospitals, schools and seniors' residences throughout Quebec. She is therefore an exceptional support for families of children and seniors with significant challenges.

Obviously, AUDREY DESROSIERS is THE reference in zootherapy in Quebec.

For the past six years, Audrey has been the first and only zootherapist to work with a team of doctors on an international research in dementia and Alzheimer’s supported with zootherapy.

In 2016, she opened her doors to the world, which led her to work everywhere in Quebec, Mexico and recently in Belgium. In 2019, Audrey started « Au bout du Museau Les cliniques » where she brought together neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, speech language therapists and audiologists who assess the pediatric clientele in Montreal and Chateauguay always combining therapeutic zootherapy services.

Since 2020, Audrey offers a recognized professional specialization to health and education professionals in Quebec and Europe.

In 2021, Audrey is the host of « ZOOTHÉRAPIE » a television series on MOI & CIE channel. She is the author of « Au bout du Museau, la révolution zoothérapeutique », published by Éditions de l'Homme, 2022. She recently created a play « DES MOTS À LA FENÊTRE» which she performs across Quebec to an audience with dementia.

Soon, we will find her in the collective book of inspiring Quebecers, « TOUT EST POSSIBLE », Les Éditions Les Malins Publishing also in the book Le cancer en cadeau at Trécarré éditions.

Audrey is a committed young woman, an inspiration, the very embodiment of resilience and generosity, filled with unlimited creative energy, a revolutionary pioneer of her generation and profession.
