Tom is also a successful entrepreneur himself having built and sold multiple companies and is currently a co-founder at LeadSmart Technologies, a fast growing SaaS technology company.
Tom is also well known for his ability to simplify and distill complex business problems, situations and data into easy to understand strategies and techniques and is a popular speaker and trainer.
Tom resides in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA with his wife Lorin and in his (rare) free time enjoys golfing, swimming and biking.
