Andrew’s experience, coming from a low-income family, gave him a great appreciation and compassion for his employees, residents and guests. His experience in construction, as a child who worked with his father remodeling properties, gave him a boots-on-the-ground perspective he applies to the projects he oversees.
Early in his career, Andrew served as a Certified Maintenance Technician on 1500+ units in the Upper Valley. From there, he progressed to Asset Manager, supporting a $38 million portfolio in New Hampshire.
Since 2011, Andrew has owned CS Companies, a family of specialized real estate companies. Their main goal is to oversee, organize and thrust affiliates’ missions forward with the highest level of integrity.
At age twenty-eight, Andrew was recognized as the 2012 Young Professional of the Year by the Claremont Chamber of Commerce. He holds several real estate management accreditations from IREM and is an EPA/HUD RRP Certified Lead Renovator.
In 2020, Andrew moved into the short-term rental space and co-founded Pond Life Vacation Rentals, through which he provides memorable vacation experiences at his amazing properties.
In 2022, Andrew became a published co-author in Hospitable Hosts, sharing his top tips and STR journey, with over forty other amazing Hosts from around the world. It’s available on Amazon!
In 2022, Andrew was a nominee for the Rising Stars Awards for the category of “Entrepreneur of the Year” presented by the Stay, Work, Play Organization in New Hampshire.
Continuing with philanthropy Andrew also severs as a Supervisory Committee Member on a Non-Profit Credit Union and he holds the CCUSC designation from CUNA which is the industry Gold Standard Designation.
Andrew spends his spare time in nature and on the water, boating and floating with his wonderful wife, family, friends and French bulldog.
