Susan Michel has more energy than she knows what to do with! And she attributes that energy to learning how to juice. Since being introduced to juicing, she has tried just about every type of juicing machine, considered every perspective, and tasted every imagineable recipe. Her experience became the basis for her multiple books on juicing and healthy, clean eating. She lives in Oregon with her family.
