Author Christopher Willett is a United States Marine turned passionate and expert microgreen grower. What started as a personal journey toward better health and a return to his roots is now a burgeoning commercial operation. Christopher sells to 90% of the high-end, chef-owned restaurants in his region. Christopher resides in North Carolina on a two-acre farm where he raises hydroponic vegetables, root-grown vegetables, chickens, and honey bees. When he’s not growing microgreens or working on his farm, he loves to spend time with Rebecca, his biggest espouser and Jack, his trusted dog.
