Nasheeda Pollard

Nasheeda Pollard is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), public health professional, and owner of Lactation Goddess originally from Philadelphia, PA. Working with breastfeeding families and hearing their stories along with her own experiences pushed her into purpose. Her passion for supporting lactating families of color and normalizing breastfeeding is the motivation behind Magical Milk. A chance to inspire, encourage, and redefine how people of color are represented, especially in the eyes of future generations.

Nasheeda hopes that this book will spark conversations to normalize breastfeeding and reduce stigmas to make breastfeeding more accepted in our society, and foster learning and growth for all.
