Wendy A. Cocke

Wendy Cocke is the Founder of Engineering Leadership Solutions LLC where she provides management coaching and leadership development. She has a passion for people and she wants to see everyone succeed. As a leader of technical teams in Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years, she actively works to define success on her own terms as a wife, mother, friend, and professional.

About 10 years into her engineering career, Wendy pursued a flexible work arrangement that would allow her to balance all aspects of her life. While the company supported her desire to pull back, she was told that she would never move up in the organization. Little did they know that the change to her work schedule would actually be what propelled her career.

All while successfully working within a part-time framework, she moved from the project manager large, international initiatives to a key member of the leadership team, coordinating resources across time zones, international borders, and languages to drive results.

Wendy lives in metro Atlanta with her extended family (lovingly referred to as the rolling circus), which includes her husband, two children, mother, grandmother, and rescue terriers (Captain and Tennille).
