Carrie Addington

Carrie Addington is an award-winning poet and a co-author of Facilitation in Action (2022 ATD Press). Her work has been featured in TD Magazine, NEA Today, Poet Lore, Deaf Poets Society, American Literary Review, Cimarron Review, and others. She has been awarded prizes and fellowships from Frost Place, the Ezra Pound Center for Literature, and the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference. She is Senior Manager of Learning Experience and Facilitator Development at the Association for Talent Development with more than 15 years of experience in learning and development. When she’s not facilitating or writing, she’s can be found dispersing her book stash among the little free libraries throughout Savannah, GA.
