As a business-organizational consulting psychologist with significant international experience, I have worked with executive leaders and their teams to enhance their effectiveness and their organizations’ performance for more than 30 years. Primary focus is complex organization transformation (people, culture, performance, adaptive change) that includes executive advisory consultation, leader development assessment and coaching. Client organizations have primarily been large international energy companies, consumer products, professional services, academic medical centers, healthcare systems; nonprofits; and professional associations. Academic credentials include Ph.D. - Industrial-Organizational Psychology; licensed as psychologist – emphasis organizational and business consulting psychology; Fellow in American Psychological Association, Society for Consulting Psychology, Society of I-O Psychology, and International Society for Coaching Psychology. Who I am: A fellow traveler on this Earth with a curious mind, adventurous spirit, love of nature and experiencing and learning from other countries, cultures, and travelers.
