Amber Pierce is a writer and financial consultant. She has been helping people prevent and recover from burnout for over three years, especially through her writings. Having experienced severe burnout firsthand, she knows how difficult it can be to bounce back from a place of hopelessness when you feel trapped and have no energy left for the simplest things. The professional world is constantly evolving at a fast pace, but business owners, managers, and leaders do not seem to be keeping up. For the individual, it may be challenging to cope with work and personal life while maintaining emotional and mental balance, and general wellbeing. Doing all of these spontaneously may seem terrifying and is often not a smooth sail. Amber Pierce hopes to guide others on a journey to overcoming the shackles of burnout and emerge into a life of happiness, fulfillment and wellness. She wants to tell you the things she was not told when she first experienced burnout, the things she had to learn along the way through lots of research and experience. In her free time, Amber likes working out, writing about burnout, and spending as much time as possible with her family. She lives in New York with her husband Paul, and son Matthew.
