Kris Easler is a freelance children's book illustrator who also works as a graphic designer in publishing in Minneapolis. She spends her free time reading, drinking tea, and playing the ukulele, though usually not at the same time.
Selected clients include Bloomsbury Children's Books, Charlesbridge, Highlights Magazine, Cricket Magazine, and 826CHI; she also has been honored as a Featured Illustrator for SCBWI for September of 2018, and inclusion in the Society of Illustrators Original Art Show 2022 for her first picture book Latkes and Applesauce.
