Katelyn Peterson

Katelyn Peterson (she/her/hers) is a communicator that brings energy, empathy, and emotion into each connection, especially in her current role as a Client Success Account Manager at The Winters Group, Inc. She is a millennial, cisgendered, able-bodied Black woman with a degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations and a professional background in small business and entrepreneurial consulting. Katelyn has provided speaking engagements and workshops that provide insight to effective and intentional communication, including grant and loan exposure, public speaking practice, and audience influence. Katelyn’s passion also lies with working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This work has involved assistance with personal, social, and career coaching and goal setting, but her true reward has been building long-lasting friendships. In her role as the Lead Client Success Account Manager at The Winters Group, she serves as a liaison between clients and The Winters Group by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the engagement, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Katelyn’s congenial nature assists with her ability to work and communicate effectively with all audiences.
