AARON HUH is not just a green onion lover who knows how to cook. Although trained in the field of applied finance, he is now the creator of a successful cooking channel on YouTube with over a million subscribers.

Aaron’s culinary journey started when he worked as head chef at a Korean restaurant in Australia. There, he developed recipes, constructed menus, managed the kitchen— and honed his fancy cooking skills. He also served as a supply officer in the South Korean navy where he was responsible for managing budgets and improving efficiency. These two experiences left him with a talent for creating delicious recipes using efficient, streamlined techniques.

After hearing people complain that Korean cooking is hard and complicated, Aaron was inspired to start his cooking channel, Aaron and Claire, where he makes cooking Korean food approachable and fun. His true passion is being a Korean cooking ambassador by developing delicious and innovative recipes each week for his followers and readers. Aaron resides in Seoul, South Korea, with his lovely wife and taste tester, Claire, and a cute furbaby, Hodu.
