Roy Justus

Roy has been implementing ServiceNow since 2012 and has worked on strategy, implementation and operations of some of the biggest and most complex deployments globally. He serves Deloitte as the Chief Architect for their ServiceNow consulting business and was one of the first Certified Master Architects in the ServiceNow ecosystem. His focus in business is on driving value from the leading edge of innovation with specific focus on machine learning technology in Natural Language Processing. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University in addition to a B.Comm from University of Calgary. When not learning, coding or writing Roy enjoys kiteboarding and travel.
