Lindsey Racz

Lindsey Racz is a devoted Jesus follower, wife and mother of four. She is the owner of a women's mental health clinic, Truth & Counsel, and works as a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in women's issues with over a decade of therapy practice. Lindsey studied both psychology and nutrition in her undergraduate programs at Missouri State University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University. Lindsey completed CBT-E certification from the University of Oxford (UK, CREDO) in 2016. Lovely Heart was her first children's book, published in 2022. Her second book, Miracle Babes, hit Amazon top seller lists in July of 2024. Her work on mental health has been featured twice in FitLife Magazine.
